Comments: This may sound odd, but I actually enjoy bringing my car in to get serviced, even if it means having an hour wait. Dan always greets me with such enthusiasm and makes me feel like such a valuable customer. It is nice having an attentive and knowledgeable service rep that remembers my name, especially when my visits are few and far in between. He is definitely a great asset to the company. I would recommend others to buy an Audi simply for the customer service (not to mention, I love my car)!

Comments: Dan Ranciglio is the reason I return to McKenna for Audi service. There are closer Audi dealerships to home (Mission Viejo and Tustin), but I rather service near my work office because of Dan’s professional and courteous manner of alway taking care of my car issues. Even if the dealership doesn’t offer return rides (only in the morning).

    This is the exact email I sent out to Audi Corporate right after I bought my new Q5:

    I just wanted to shoot this quick email out to corporate concerning my buying experience at McKenna Audi of Norwalk, CA.

    I previously had a 328i with McKenna and came back because of the superb customer service that BMW had provided. I researched and found out that Audi lives up to the same expectations.

    Chris, Larry and the general manager at McKenna provided a SUPERB service and got AUDI another satisfied customer. You only hire the best, and I received the best treatment. Audi will be getting my recommendations because of these fine gentlemen who helped me with my new dream car, the Q5.

    I also wanted to mention that David at Audi of West Covina, CA also provided me with great service and provided me with a dealership that had the options I wanted on the car. He didn’t try to fool me into buying a car I didn’t want, but rather guided me to an Audi dealer who would provide me with what I wanted. This shows true class and a family style of taking care of the customer.
